What: A Providence Roller Derby double-header featuring league match Rhode Island Riveters vs. Long Island Roller Rebel All-Stars as well as a special male vs. female exhibition match between the Rocky Point Rollers and the. Mass Maelstrom.
Where: William Thayer Arena, Warwick, RI
Why: The Providence Roller Derby, founded in 2004, was the first all-female flat-track roller derby league in New England. The sport has grown in the area since then, and the PRD now hosts multiple teams, including two travel teams, and have 3 different venues in Rhode Island where they play their games.
